Due to the nature of small craft supplies, color-specific products, and small parts, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, mixed, damaged, or repackaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. Color-specific products cannot be returned due to personal preference.

Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or special promotion are non-returnable unless defective or the wrong item was sent.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to different production batches, lighting, photography, screen display settings, and monitor differences.

Slight color variation is normal and is not considered a product defect. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted due to minor color differences between product images, different batches, or previously purchased items.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Safety Notice

This product contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 14 years old. Adult supervision is required when used by minors. Please keep the product away from young children and pets to avoid accidental swallowing or choking hazards.

We are not responsible for safety issues, misuse, or accidents caused by improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow the safety notice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
